A few exciting and not so exciting things happened this month but I feel like it went by slow and fast at the same time. Some days ended really quickly and others just took forever. First, I moved into my new studio even though technically I moved in in March I didn't unpack or settle in until April because I was on break.
Second, sadly my rat Monty passed away while I was home over break. I was really upset and it was probably the worst school break I have ever had but I'm just happy I was able to be with him until the end and my dad and I were able to bury him in the backyard next to my cat Peewee.
Some positive news though is that I ended up getting another rat because living by myself can get lonely and I was really missing Monty. Even though it felt too soon I couldn't resist and I adopted Bartleby. He is a lot more energetic then Monty and is definitely more comfortable exploring, being on my floor, and running around my apartment. He is also super nice, cuddly, and a big goofball.
I think other then that not much has been going on except school and working on projects for class. Like usual it has been super busy and super stressful but in the end I'm still having a great time doing what I love.
